Bedrooms

We have a large main bedroom with an ensuite and two further double rooms. There is a main bathroom upstairs and further bathroom downstairs. All have a bath and shower facility.

Relax

There is a large sitting room with a wood stove and library with an open fire. Also a dining room with a wood stove and large kitchen with a table big enough to get the family around comfortably and a Rayburn.

Outside

The cottage is a timber framed structure situated down a private alley.

The property is gated and dog safe ( although where there is a will, theres a way!).

There is a paved area and private deck and a lawn outside together with flower planters and borders.

Situation

Situated off Abbey Street we are a few minutes walk from the market centre and also the quayside where there are a collection of shops, a champagne bar and restaurant together with historic boats and boatyard.
